
As a Dental Assistant you will practice a variety of procedures and techniques in a dental laboratory comparable to a modern dental facility. You will perform basic record maintenance and front office work, dental polishing, assists with the administering of anesthetics, and dental x-ray, among other responsibilities. The variety of subjects our students learn will allow them to rise above the challenges presented by diverse responsibilities in the delivery of dental care. Dental Assistants are often the face of the office and work closely with patients to help them feel comfortable, teach them proper oral health care, and prepare them for their procedure.

Opportunities for Advancement?
Upon graduation of the program and 15 months of experience, you will be eligible to apply for the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) written and practice test. You will receive a Coronal Polishing certificate from Career Care Institute to submit with the RDA application.
